Hypnotherapy is £85 per (1 hour) session.
Combining Hypnotherapy with Bioresonance Therapy
You have the opportunity to have a FREE Bioresonance Therapy included at the consultation. Please see full details of how Bioresonance Works in the Bioresonance Therapy section on this website.
Many people choose to have this combination of therapies, as one compliments the other, and can be incredibly efficacious and relaxing, in equal measures.
To combine Hypnotherapy with Bioresonance, you would be relaxing comfortably on a therapy couch, whilst little wrist and ankle bands attach you to the Bioresonance Machine, which provides a beneficial frequency, whilst you are having your hypnotherapy session. You will not be aware of the bioresonance therapy during the consultation, but the benefits can be extremely relaxing and therapeutic
You can of course choose NOT to have Bioresonance included in your Hypnotherapy Consultation. I will contact you before the session, to see what suits
Offer
Smoking Cessation usually takes only ONE SESSION and is £95 for a 1 hour consultation.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the use of suggestion, to help with a problem by giving suggestions to the unconscious mind, whilst the person is in a more relaxed state. In this “can’t be bothered state”, the mind is much more receptive to suggestion.
The feeling of hypnosis is delightful, just like intense day dreaming. It involves the use of carefully chosen suggestions made whilst in a relaxed state. We naturally go in and out of trance, every day of our lives. It is similar to the feeling we have before we drift off to sleep. When you set off in a driving journey and then realise you have reached your destination without noticing the details of the journey, this too can be attributed to being in a trance state.
There is a misconception that hypnosis involves giving up control but in fact the opposite is true. You can only enter a trance if that is what you wish to do. You will be completely in control at all times. You could just get up and walk out of the room at any time, but ideally you should feel totally comfortable and at ease.
Hypnotherapy is extremely beneficial as an adjunct to Naturopathic Nutrition and/or Food Intolerance Testing when the patient’s emotional needs may be jeopardising their full recovery or it is a wonderful tool in its own right. Hypnotherapy is a safe, simple and effective technique that can help you lose unwanted habits, realise your full potential and ultimately change your life
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes but I only see patients over the age of 18 years. If you have the desire to be hypnotised, most people consider hypnosis to be an extremely pleasant state of being
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
Absolutely not! The therapist cannot make you do anything against your will
You will remain in complete control at all times during each session and could at anytime simply open your eyes and walk out should you wish to do so.
What about confidentiality?
Irene is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapists and abides by the BSCH code of ethics. Confidentiality is completely and utterly assured, regardless of whatever therapy Irene is delivering, unless the patient divulges anything that could cause themselves or a third party harm. Then, and only then, Irene would be obliged to contact the appropriate authorities.
How many sessions will I need?
Some people will notice a huge difference after the first session. Others will make gradual changes over a longer period of time. In general 3 session is average
The outcome varies from person to person and can depend upon how long the problem has been evident, the reason behind it and the patient’s level of motivation.
